About Ways Property Care
Ways Property Care is Ross Way's local crew for the property jobs that fall between a handyman and a renovation contractor: haul it, move it, fix it, floor it, clear it. We serve Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and the towns around them.
It started with helping friends
Before Ways Property Care had a name, Ross Way was the friend people called. A couch that had to go, a move that needed an extra pair of hands, a driveway buried after a storm, a bathroom that needed new tile.
Ross said yes, showed up, and did the job properly. He enjoyed it: the hard work, solving the problem in front of him, and seeing someone relieved when it was done. Friends told their families, families told their neighbours, and the favours turned into a business.
Ways Property Care is the same idea, grown up: one person and one crew you can count on for the jobs around a property that are hard to find help for. Every job still gets the same care Ross gave his friends.

One number for the whole list
Most property owners have a list: a basement to clear, a toilet that runs, a lawn to aerate, snow to shovel. Each one usually means finding, calling and waiting on a different company.
Ways Property Care puts all of it under one number. The crew that hauls away your old carpet can lay the new floor, and the crew that does your fall cleanup can clear your driveway all winter.
